In early July, 2010, it was a little gathering of long-time friends (some might say "old," but we aren't ready to give in to that) in the far western reaches of Clive, Iowa: The old guitar ministery of OLIH gathered to celebrate the 1-year anniversary of the retirement of former pastor Rev. Gene Koch. Mary Jo claims she prayed the good weather in ... and given the original weather prediction, and the glorious outcome, it appears we all better take the powers of MJ's prayers seriously.
