We'll spell out firm details once we get closer to July, but for now, we can say that the following will be included:

	Check-in at Best Western Metro North motel in Ankeny. 40 rooms have been reserved for the "McAndrew Reunion" until June 12 -- 20 at poolside, and 20 non-poolside.
	Hospitality Room. Gather Friday afternoon and evening for greeting each other. Snacks and beverages available, and the silent auction will gradually build here. Maps, schedules, etc., will be available.
	Sign up Friday for the golf outing Saturday morning. Define your foursomes yourself.
	Bedtime for those who judge sleep is wise.

	Golf outing begins early at Woodland Hills Golf Course, approximately 5.1 miles south from the motel.
	Picnic, beginning at noon at Cherry Glen shelter # 5, Saylorville Lake, about 5.6 miles west of the motel. Food and beverages, games and stories. Playground equipment for kids. Modern restrooms close.
	Reunion photographs. Beginning at noon we'll do photographs by our professional photographer, Chris Onsrud. Be sure to wear your "colors." In addition to the full group shot, design your own family groups as you choose. The photos will be available over the Internet.
	Family Worship: You are invited to join the regular mass at Our Lady's Immaculate Heart Catholic Church in Ankeny, 5:00 p.m., about 1/2 mile west of the motel. Attire is casual, so it will be okay to come from the picnic to the church (unless you judge that the world should only see you after you have a shower -- that's your call).
	Bidding on silent auction items ends with the beginning of the talent show.
	The BIG McAndrew Talent Show - 2009: Gather in the hospitality room for this tradition. It doesn't get much better than this. Bring your cameras. Bring your act. BE THERE, OR BE SQUARE! Winners of the silent auction will be announced.
	Bedtime, except for those who just can't bring themselves to quit ... more than one of the clan fall into this category ... life is just too good to give up that easy.

	Sunday brunch, a buffet bonanza in the hospitality room ($7.99/adult=12yrs and older; $3.99/children). It's the joyous conclusion of the reunion, with voting on plans for the next reunion.
	Sad farewells, and check-out of motel.
